Craigslist
CL is one of the best places to advertise things like CPNs. The financial section in particular, really works well for CPNs, Credit Rebuilding/Repair, Tradelines.
If you haven't heard about or are already using craigslist, you are missing out on easy money. We highly recommend placing Ads on craigslist.org in your city. This is a fast, easy and free way to get new clients. Only place about 5 to 10 Ads and in relevant categories like: services->financial, services->small business ads, for sale->business, for sale->general. If you think you can try other categories by all means go ahead but you risk having them being flagged and taken down. If you want to do more than 10 Ads in your city you risk being 'ghosted' which is where they show you your Ad has been posted but when you look in the category you can't find them anywhere. Each Ad should have different titles and slightly different descriptions, to also avoid having your Ads flagged or ghosted. You can post in other cities but craigslist periodically does have countermeasures against this. If you insist on posting in other big cities, and we agree it's a good idea, make sure to only post 3 to 5 Ads, or use multiple craigslist accounts. The best States to advertise in are first the southern States and second the East Coast. The city of Atlanta and most of the State of Georgia is by far the best City/State to generate good traffic and customers from.

The next several cities and States are all good and about equal in the results we have gotten from our three primary forms of advertising, Google, Craigslist and YouTube.

The above list is simply there to let you know the places that we have gotten the most business from up to date. But understand that every State has a great base of potential clients to go after. You should advertise in all States when it becomes affordable.

The above Craigslist Ad examples should not be copied exactly as you see them. If everyone used the same ads CL would simply ban and remove them.
Craigslist Rules You Need to Know
CL does not let you use the same ad every single day back to back. You will need to create ten or so ads and rotate them.
Always remember if your have problems getting your creative ad juices flowing, just go to Craigslist and look up other people’s ads that are in the same niche as yours and borrow the best parts of their ads for your own. But remember to change it up a little.
CL will only let you post up to three ads per day per account in a 24 hour period. Simply put, if you post at 9:00am on Monday morning, you will need to post at 9:01am on Tuesday morning, and so on.
CL seems to flag and remove ads more often from people that try to post from more than two accounts from the same IP address.
If you plan on doing a lot of posting on Craigslist to build your business you may want to use an IP changer like HMA (Hide My Ass) in order to get around this issue. Here is my affiliate link to HMA if you want to use it. http://hidemyass.com
When using CL to advertise extensively you will need to create many accounts in order to post. Which means that you will either have to have a lot of cell phones or landline numbers and email addresses to use, or you’ll have to buy PVAs also know as Phone Verified Accounts.
One of the safest places to purchase them is through http://fiverr.com. Fiverr is one of the greatest resources on the web period, check it out for yourself. They even have people that will post for you.
Forwarding Numbers
Another resource that you will need when starting your business is

You can create a video, put it up on YouTube.com and have it marketing for you and driving qualified leads to you on autopilot.
One of the keys to successfully marketing your video on YouTube is to create video titles and descriptions that use the most searched for keywords (words or phrases searched for in your niche) when looking for your niche market.
Watch how the title is very specific to what someone would be looking for if they wanted a CPN.
